NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 21, 2007, executed by Borrower(s), Tara L. Addair, to Tommy J. Dixon, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Book 1120, at Page 13. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of Rural Route 1 Box 142 East, Bluefield, WV 24701. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated April 15, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 1315, Page 577. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Mercer County, in Princeton, West Virginia, on the following date: June 29th 2016 at 11:32 A.M The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beaver Pond District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF BEAVER POND, COUNTY OF MERCER AND STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 1.85 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN A DEED VOLUME 878 AND PAGE 468, MAP #9 AND PARCEL #8.1. TAX MAP OR PARCEL ID NO.: 9-3.1 Being the same property conveyed to Tara L. Addair by the Deed dated February 7, 2005 and recorded in Deed Book 878 at Page 4 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia.
