NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 334 TAZEWELL AVENUE, BLUEFIELD, VIRGINIA In execution of a Deed Of Trust dated December 4, 2001 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 835, at page 443, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate, to-wit: All that certain lot or parcel of real estate together with the improvments thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the Town of Bluefield, Tazewell County, Virginia, being the Southerly Portion of LOTS 3, 4, and 5, SECTION 4, as shown upon a Map of the Graham Linkland Improvement Company dated October 7, 1890, found of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 38, at page 204, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: “BEGINNING at a stake in the northerly line of Tazewell Avenue, said stake being S. 61? 39′ W. 151.08 feet from the intersection of the northerly line of Tazewell Avenue with the west line of Warren Street; thence with the northerly line of Tazewell Avenue, S. 61? 39′ W. 56.16 feet to a stake; thence along a curve havnig a radius of 20.0 feet the chord of which bears N. 64? 06′ W. 32.64 feet to a stake in the easterly line of Walton Street; thence along the easterly line of said street, N. 9? 50′ W. 30.67 feet to a stake in the center of a creek; thence with and near the center of said creek, N. 44? 27′ E. 50.93 feet to a stake; thence N. 32? 44′ E. 30.80 feet to a stake in the dividing line between Lots 5 and 6; thence with said line, S. 21? 30′ E. 86.00 feet to the BEGINNING.” This real estate also is identified as being Tazewell County Tax Parcels 024-A3-25-04-0003-A, -0004-A, and -0005-A.
