NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 218 PARKVIEW DRIVE, BLUEFIELD, VIRGINIA In execution of a Deed Of Trust dated January 11, 2007 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 992, at page 195, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate, to-wit: All those certain lots or parcels of real estate situate just south of the limits of the Town of Bluefield, near the water works of said Town and in Clear Fork Magisterial District, Tazewell County, Virginia, which lots are designated and described as follows, to-wit: LOTS NUMBERS FIFTEEN (15) and SIXTEEN (16), SECTION 3 (3), PLAT “A”, as the same appear upon that certain map designated PLAT ‘A’ AND ‘B’, SEYLER SUBDIVISION, which said map shows Plan ‘A’, Section Numbers 1, 2, and 3, and also Plan ‘B’, Section Numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4. The map herein referred to is attached to and made a part of that certain deed of C. L. Seyler and others to C. R. Crowell and Isabelle Crowell daetd the 14th day of February, 1953 of record in said Clerk’s office in Deed Book 211, at page 20, and which map is recorded in said Clerk’s office in Plat Book 1, at page 10, to which deed and plat reference is here made. This real estate also is identified as being Tazewell County Tax Parcels 024-A6-03-SE-A-0015 and -0016. The foregoing property is subject to and benefited by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matters of record in the chain of title as the same may lawfully apply.
