ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 15th day of September, 2016, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of James Ross, 113 Lockridge Lane, Princeton, WV 24739, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to serve alcoholic beverages with meals in a full service restaurant at 1023 Stafford Drive (formerly El Mariachi in the Princeton Shopping Center), in the Commercial (C-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 15, Parcel 395). The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to serve alcoholic beverages with meals in a full service restaurant in the Commercial (C-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
