Civil Action 15-D-252 Order of Publication Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia: Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of October 2016 at 9:00 a.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, a hearing will be held in the Family Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, to adjudicate the rights of the birth father of Braden Marstiller with respect to the pending Petition to Establish the Petitioners as Psychological Parents and/or for Legal Guardianship. The Petitioners have used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the birth father, without effect. Any person claiming to have parental rights to the child named herein may have those rights affected and may appear at said hearing to defend those rights.
