NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2005, executed by Borrower, Bobby W. Barbour, to Ernest F. Hays II, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Book 1062, at Page 788. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 711 Mount Olive Rd, Rock, WV 24747. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated July 21, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 1322, Page 750. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Mercer County, in Princeton, West Virginia, on the following date: October 11th , 2016 at 11:28 A.M. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel One: All the following described parcels or lots of land, situate at Lashmeet in Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia and designated as Lots Nos. 5 & 6 of the Murphy Sub-Division No. 3 of Lashmeet, a map of which said sub-division is of record in the Mercer County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 273 at page 284, bounded and described as follows: “BEGINNING at a stake in the right of way of state highway No. 12/4 thence with said highway S. 33? 45′ E. 75 feet to the corner of Lot No. 6, thence continuing with said road, S. 25? 05′ E 75 feet to the corner of Lot No. 7, thence with Lot No. 7, N. 55? E. 200 feet to a corner, thence N. 25? 5′ W. 75 feet, thence N. 33? 45′ W. 75 feet to the corner of Lot No. 4, thence with Lot No. 4, S. 55? 00′ W. 200 feet to the point of BEGINNING” “There if reserved from the operation of this conveyance, such rights and easements as heretofore granted the Appalachian Power Company” Parcel Two: All the following described parcel or lot of land situate at Lashmeet in Rock District, Mercer County, West Virginia and designated as Lot No. 4 of the Murphy Third Sub-Division to Lashmeet a map of which sub-division is of record in the Mercer County Clerk’s Office attached to that certain deed of S. L. Hurst to C. W. Murphy in Deed Book No. 273 at page 284, to which map reference is made for more complete description of said lot. And being the same real estate conveyed unto Bobby W. Barbour, single by deed dated January 4, 2001 from John Wayne Barbour and Debra Kay Barbour, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission in Deed Book 827 at page 759.
