The Trustees of Harper Cemetery, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, declare the intent to
recover the abandoned cemetery burial lots and/or sites listed in this notice under West Virginia State Code 35-5B-19 Abandoned Interment rights. If there is no response from said lot owners or their heirs or assigns within 120 days from the publication of this notice, the interment rights shall be deemed abandoned and shall revert to Harper Cemetery, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
