The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgement against defendants.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that after using due diligence plaintiff was still unable to discoverthe residence or whereabouts of the defendants.
It is ordered that Dark Knight, LLC do serve upon Dalton King
Darris Summers, magistrate, whose address is 265 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 2/27/2015, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Dalton King at anytime thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
