FOR MUNICIPAL LANDFILL
BID CALL 2015-07
Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until 10:00 a.m. (L.S.T.), Thursday, February 26, 2015, for providing LABORATORY SERVICES for the Municipal Landfill in accordance with the specifications on file and available in the Engineering Division, City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505.
All bids must be clearly marked "SEALED BID 2015-07". A five-percent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) bid bond or certified cashier’s check must accompany all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time set for the bid opening, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding where the best interest of the City may be served.
