TRUSTEE SALE 316 Post Street, Pounding Mill, VA 24637-4199 Tazewell County In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $78,147.00, dated June 11, 2010 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the Tazewell County, Virginia, in Document No. 100002004, in Book No. 1076, at Page 0504, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Main Street, Tazewell, on March 10, 2015 at 11:30 AM the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as: Parcel No. 1: Beginning at an iron rod driven in the ground in the north right of way line of the Norfolk and Western Railway, on the line with the west side of J. T. Altizer’s store building, thence N. 9″ 45′ W 75.3 feet to another iron rod driven in the ground on the south side of right of way of said road S. 54″ W 107.2 feet to a stake in the corner of right of way of said road and the depot grounds of the Norfolk & Western Railway, thence S 13″ 40′ East with the right of way of said depot grounds 28 feet to a point in the aforesaid north right of way in an easterly direction 94.3 feet to point of beginning, containing 0. 11 acres, more or less. Parcel No. 2: Beginning at a stake in the line of the N & W. Railway Company, thence along the same to the corner of the IOOF property, thence along the west side of the store building to a stake in the edge of the road leading from the Depot to the River, thence along the said road to the River, thence along the south side of the River to the old Davis line, thence back with said line to a hickory tree, thence from the hickory to the beginning, with improvements thereon. Subject to any and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust, if any, affecting the aforesaid property.
