The City of Morgantown invites qualified vendors to submit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for upgrades to the video system in our City Council Chamber. This system must be compatible with the upgraded audio configuration, record live public meetings to a DVD, stream live on the internet through our current webpage, and be broadcasted live on our Government Access channel. This project will include a system design, equipment selection, component installation, training, maintenance, and integration of broadcast. The system must be capable of interfacing with Granicus, our current system for digitally recording, archiving, scheduling and video streaming.
Goals:
1. Create one cohesive system and remove current
decade-old system
2. Replace existing two (2) computers with one (1)
3. Install a new video mixer and production switch
board
4. Use existing audio equipment; including desk-top
microphones (Shure Microflex MX418D/S) and
hearing impaired equipment.
5. Install two (2) new speakers
6. Install one (1) new wall mounted pan/tilt camera
7. Install two (2) new swivel wall-mounted 60-68 inch
LED Smart HD TV’slinked
8. Install one (1) ELMO USA TT-12iD Interactive
