PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, for hearing proponents and/or opponents to the following Ordinance that is pending before them:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1365.04 OF THE CITY OF MORGANTOWN PLANNING AND ZONING CODE AS IT RELATES TO BICYCLE STORAGE RACK REQUIREMENTS.
The above entitled Ordinance is expected to be adopted following the Public Hearing. Copies are available in the City Clerk’s Office, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia.
