NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 12, 2010, from Charles R. Barker to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1184, at page 268, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $97,217.06, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia on March 5, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beaver Pond District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on a roof bolt (found) in the northern boundary of Alpine Road, a common corner to Lloyd E. Smith; thence with said Smith line N 48? 15′ 07″ E 1.28″ from said corner, common to said Lloyd E. Smith, Donald R. Smith and Harold R. Barker Sr.; thence leaving said Smith line and with a new line 72? 49′ 34″ E 291.00′ to an iron pin (set); thence with a new line S 16? 52′ 16″ E 196.48′ to an iron pin (set) in the northern boundary of Alpine Road; thence along said boundary S 72? 01′ 00″ W 166.89′ to the beginning, containing 1.040 acres. And being the same real estate conveyed from Harold Robert Barker, Sr. and Scarlet M. Barker, husband and wife, to Charles R. Barker by Deed dated February 12, 2010, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 947, at page 138. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
