The Object of this suit: 1). concerns the Guardianship Petition filed by David Turner concerning the guardianship of Kristen Jade Conley.
2). The object of this Publication by Class II legal advertisement is to notify the above named individual of the action pending before the Court as set forth below:
Please take notice that a final hearing in the above matter is scheduled for APRIL 6, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. on the third floor of Preston County Circuit Court, Kingwood, West Virginia at which time Danny Kaye Conley may appear and make any objection known or to otherwise be present to protect his interest.
DANNY KAYE CONLEY: It appearing by evidence duly taken in this action that your whereabouts is unknown or that you left and/or are not in the State of West Virginia.
You are hereby notified of the above-referenced action, and that a copy of the Petition for Guardianship may be obtained at the Preston County Circuit Clerk’s Office in the Preston County, West Virginia Courthouse. Failure of Danny Kaye Conley to appear at the time specified in this order may result in the trial or hearing on this matter without further notice and the entry by the Court of any order the Court may deem just.
A copy of said Petition for Appointment of Guardian and other pleadings can be obtained from the undersigned Circuit Clerk of said Court.
