To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Luis Rodriguez has been unable to be located by Tammy Rodriguez and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Luis Rodriguez shall serve upon Tammy Rodriguez, plaintiff, whose address is 26 St. Clairs Village, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before March 30, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
