NOTICE Request for Proposals Local and/or Long Distance Phone Service and Four PRI’s The Mercer County Board of Education, Princeton, WV invites proposals to provide local and/or long distance telephone service and four PRI’s for Mercer County Schools. Proposals must comply with the Universal School and Library Program of the Universal Service Fund, or E-Rate requirements. The scope of service, submission requirements and the basis for the award is contained in the request for proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least ninety days. No responses will be accepted after the posted closing time. Other requirements are detailed in the RFP. Proposals will be publicly opened on March 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the main conference room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
