The operation is discharging into Unnamed tributaries of Crane Creek of Bluestone River, AN unnamed tributary of Belcher Branch of Crane Creek of Bluestone River, & Unnamed tributaries of Godfrey Branch of Widemouth Creek of Bluestone River and is located 3 miles Northwest of Montcalm in Rock District of Mercer County, Longitude 81? 16′ 32.0000″ and Latitude 37? 23′ 35.0000″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
