IN RE: ANNEXATION PROPERTY BY MINOR BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT WILLIAMS DISTRICT, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Wood County. West Virginia will on the 27th day of July 2017, at 10: a.m., in the Court Room of said County Commission at the Wood County Court House, located in the City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, hear the Petition of the City of Williamstown, a Municipal Corporation, for the annexation of territory to the City of Williamstown by minor boundary adjustment. The territory sought to be annexed to the said City of Williamstown is described below.
Any person having objections to such annexation, or desiring to be heard, may appear the time and place aforesaid and be heard if they so desire.
The territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Williamstown is situate in Williams District, Wood County, West Virginia, and consists of the following tracts of land:
- A tract of land consisting of 0.802 acres identified on Tax Map 50, Parcel C1A of Williams District, Wood County, West Virginia,
- A tract of land consisting of 4.012 acres identified as a part of Tax Map 50, Parcel C1 of Williams District, Wood County, West Virginia.
