The Plaintiff named above has initiated this civil action seeking an injunction against
removal of a mobile home with vehicle identification number 6016883 located at 140
Independence Hill, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505, and seeking damages arising out of the
named Defendants’ breach of the Rental Agreement entered into with Plaintiff for the home site located at the referenced address.
Should Defendants MIA BURNS, LINDA BURNS and CHESTER BURNS desire to protect their interests in this litigation, they must serve upon Plaintiffs counsel, Kelly J. Kimble of Spilman Thomas and Battle, PLLC, at 48 Donley Street, Suite 800, Morgantown, West Virginia 26501, an answer or other defense to the Verified Complaint filed in the abovecaptioned
civil action on or before September 1, 2017 , otherwise judgment by default
will be taken against MIA BURNS, LINDA BURNS and CHESTER BURNS at any time
thereafter.
