COMMISSION ORDER
On January 30. 2015, O.J. White Transfer & Storage Co., Inc. filed an application for the transfer and assignment of Y.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-2034 to Evans Van & Storage, LLC, dba O.J. White Moving & Storage, authorizing —
to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of commodities generally, lime and fertilizer in Monongalia County, feed, livestock, and household goods in Monongalia County and adjoining counties and to and from Monongalia and adjoining counties to points and places in West Virginia: bank supplies, furniture and equipment for the received on closed banks; and in the transportation of telephone poles and equipment in Monongalia and Preston Counties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that O.J. White Transfer & Storage Co., Inc. give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W. Va. Code ยง59-3-1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Monongalia and Preston Counties making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
