Trustee’s Sale 12043 N. Scenic Highway, Rocky Gap, Virginia 24366 (Tax ID No. 24 1 5) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated November 28, 2005, in the original principal amount of $79,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Bland, Virginia as Instrument No. 050001094, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on March 10, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., in front of the building housing the Bland County Circuit Court, 612 Main Street, Bland, VA 24315, the property designated as Tract No. 5, as shown upon a plat dated September, 1983, revised October 4, 1983, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, Virginia in Plat Book No. 2, at page 120. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $7,500.00 or 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $10,000.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder’s deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price.
