NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1008 GREEVER AVENUE, BLUEFIELD, VIRGINIA In execution of a Deed Of Trust dated May 7, 1999 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 783, at page 732, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate, to-wit: All of those certain lots or parcels of land, with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, known as Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4) in Section Twenty-Six (26) on Plat “B” as the same appear upon a map of lots of part of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia with certificate by Graham Land and Improvement Company and which lots front upon Greever Avenue with a present address of 1008 Greever Avenue, Bluefield, VA 24605.
