It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Petitioner, Carol Nantz, has been unable to serve Respondent, Robert Nantz, because he has refused to accept certified mail. Therefore, Respondent, Robert Nantz, shalt serve upon Petitioner, Carol Nantz, through bet counsel, John B. Brooks. J.D., whose address is 1056 B Maple Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505, a Response, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition for Separate Maintenance filed in this action. Further, Notice is hereby given to Respondent, Robert Nantz, that a hearing on Petitioner’s, Carol Nantz’s, Petition for Separate Maintenance has been scheduled in the above styled case on Friday, March 6, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. in the Family Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia located at 271 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. You hereby advised that an Order for Separate Maintenance from the bonds of matrimony from Petitioner, Carol Nantz, may be entered against you at this hearing.
You may appear at this hearing for separate maintenance and defend against the granting of an order of separate maintenance. If you fail to do so, an Order for Separate Maintenance from the bonds of matrimony between you and Petitioner, Carol Nantz, will be granted.
