THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS FOR AN AMENDED PETITION FOR DIVORCE:
To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Melissa Kay Tucker has been unable to be located by Andrew Tucker and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Melissa Kay Tucker shall serve upon Thorn Thorn, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1403 Saratoga Ave., Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Amended Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before March 30, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
