Bid Notice
The Mt. Morris Water and Sewage Authority is accepting sealed bids for replacing the roof on its treatment plant with steel roofing and the adding of a small addition to the existing drying beds. Bids must be submitted by April 21, 2015 by 2:00pm. Contractors must be licensed to work in Pennsylvania and have all the required insurance coverages. The Authority is requiring contractors to visit the job site to see what will be required to do the job. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
