IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MERCER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IRMA JEAN HOWINGTON, Plaintiff, v. NORA COLLINS and TERRY PANAGOPOULOS, Defendants. CIVIL ACTION NO.: 15-C-62-OA ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to quiet the title and remove a cloud from real estate owned by the Plaintiff, IRMA JEAN HOWINGTON. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendants, NORA COLLINS and TERRY PANAGOPOULOS are non-residents of the State of West Virginia and their whereabouts are unknown. It is Ordered that the Defendants, NORA COLLINS and TERRY PANAGOPOULOS, serve upon Harold B. Wolfe, III, Plaintiff’s attorney, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 18, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against NORA COLLINS and TERRY PANAGOPOULOS at any time thereafter.
