Request for Bids
The Monongalia County Board of Education is requesting bids to supply and install a complete 30 X 48 Greenhouse structure package, including structural steel members, fittings, fasteners, gutter and drainage system, venting system and polycarbonate covering at University High School, 131 Bakers Ridge Road, Morgantown, WV.
Bids are due to the Monongalia County Board of Education by 1 P.M. on March 27, 2015. Bids should include a proposed sequence of work, time schedule, and a lump sum cost of services. Bids shall be sent or emailed to the following location by the time and date stated.

Any Contract resulting from this bid is subject to the requirements of West Virginia Code Chapter 21, Article 5A, as it may be amended, relating to prevailing wages.
Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each bidder’s registration certificate number shall be included with the bid.
All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State as required by Chapter 21, Article11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder’s Contractor license number shall be included with the bid.
Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid.
The Board of Education of the County of Monongalia, Morgantown, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
