It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Lillie Rose Stevens (Cork) is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Lillie Rose Stevens (Cork) serve upon Jeffrey Alan Stevens – Pro Se, whose address is 3180 Collins Ferry Road – Apt. 202, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 15, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Divorce.
