NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having occurred in the payment of an obligation to the NATIONAL BANK OF BLACKSBURG t/a NATIONAL BANK by PHILIP D. WHITE and TARA L. WHITE, which obligation was secured by a Deed of Trust executed by PHILIP D. WHITE and TARA L. WHITE to J. Peter Richardson, which Deed of Trust is dated January 11, 2007 of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1100 at Page 695, and That Deed of Trust having been assigned to William S. Winfrey, II., by Assignment recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Assignment Book at Page , The undersigned Substitute Trustee, acting under the authority of a Substitution executed by Bryce W. McCall, Vice President of National Bank of Blacksburg t/a National Bank, dated February 24, 2015, recorded in said Clerk’s Office, will sell at public auction at the front door of the Courthouse in Mercer County, West Virginia, on the 23rd day of March, 2015, at 10:10 a.m. to the highest bidder in the following described property situate in Mercer County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows: “all that certain lot or parcel of real estate known as Lot Q as shown on plat prepared by E. Franklin Hart dated September 29, 1993, entitled ‘Plat of Survey of Lots I-Q, Dixie Lane Subdivision, for Appalachian Enterprises, Inc.,’ which is of record in the Mercer County Clerk’s Office as Microfilm Plat No. 11009.” “This conveyance is subject to those restrictive covenants pertaining to lots of Dixie Lane Subdivision, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County in Deed Book 758, at page 283.” The terms of sale will be cash in hand on the date of sale.
