NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of Lydia S. Aston, deceased,
Frances M. Cage, deceased, Winfield S. Morgan, III, deceased, and Melvin Carroll
Muntzing, Jr., deceased.
All persons having claims against the Estates of the said of Lydia S. Aston, deceased, Frances M. Cage, deceased, Winfield S. Morgan, III, deceased, and Melvin Carroll Muntzing, Jr., deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned at 150 Pleasant Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, on or before June 1, 2015; otherwise, they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said Estate.
All Beneficiaries of said Estates may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
