NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of Dolores June Starkey, deceased.
All persons having claims against the Estate of the said Dolores June Starkey, deceased, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, to the undersigned at 168 Chancery Row, Morgantown, West Virginia, on or before the 1st day of June, 2015; otherwise, they may by law be excluded from all benefits of said Estate.
All Beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
