Comments may be submitted online at, or by letter to Permit Review, Office of Oil and Gas, 601 57th Street, SE Charleston, WV 25304. Please reference the county, well number, and operator when using this option.

Regardless of format for comment submissions, they must be received no later than thirty days after the permit application is received by the Office of Oil and Gas.
