CIVIL ACTION NO. 15-C-65-OA NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FORFEITURE The object of this suit is to seek an order forfeiting the herein described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act, Chapter 60A, Article 7, Section 701 through 707, et. seq., as amended. To: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 5th day of June, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Omar J. Aboulhosn. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant. The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows THIRTEEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED- EIGHTY DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($13,480.00) IN US CURRENCY AND FNS-.40 CALIBER PISTOL S/N: GKU-0053350. The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the West Virginia Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. The seizure was made on November 23, 2014 during a search of the residences located at Fox Ridge Apartments, Apt E-7, Princeton WV 24740. That the above listed respondent property was in the possession of Robert Redd. That after the date for filing of said claims, an order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought. If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an order, upon proper herein, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
