NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having occurred in the payment of an obligation to the National Bank of Blacksburg T/A National Bank as successor to the Bank of Tazewell County from Infinite Properties, LLC, which obligation was secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Infinite Properties, LLC, to William S. Winfrey, II., Trustee, which Deed of Trust is dated April 29, 2004, and is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 1007 at Page 409, and The undersigned Trustee will sell at public auction at the front door of the Courthouse in Mercer County, West Virginia, on the 23rd of March, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest bidder in the following described property situate in East River District, Mercer County, West Virginia bounded and described as follows: “all that certain parcel of land situate in East River District, Mercer County, just west of the city of Princeton, West Virginia, lying on the waters of Brush Creek of Bluestone River”, and more particularly described as follows: “BEGINNING at a P-K Nail set at the intersection of New Hope Road and Hilltop Drive and the southwest corner of Lot 1; thence with the northeastern line of said Hilltop Drive and being a common line to said Lot 1 N 22?-22′-45″W 228.87′ to a 1/2″ Rebar set in the northeastern line of said Hilltop Drive and at the southwest corner of Talmage and Kayette Sanders and at a common corner of said Lot 1 and Lot 3; thence with the southeastern line of said Sanders and being a common line to said Lot 1 and Lot 3 for portion then changing to a common line of Lot 2 and Lot 4 N 68?-00′-00″E 109.50′ to a 1/2″ Rebar set in the southeastern line of said Sanders and at the northwest corner of Moffett P. and Dani K. Kirk and in a common line of said Lot 2 and said Lot 4; thence southwestern line of said Kirk and through said Lot 2 S 26?-33′-05″E 225.58′ to a 1/2″ Rebar set at the southwest corner of said Kirk and in the northwestern line of said New Hope Road and being a common line to said Lot 2; thence with the northwestern line of said New Hope Road and being a common line to said Lot 2 for a portion then changing to a common line of said Lot 1 S 66?-11′-00″W 125.95′ to the point of beginning and containing 0.61 acres, more or less.” The terms of sale will be cash in hand on the date of sale.
