NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE SITUATE IN TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA In execution of the deed of trust, dated July 19, 2013, from James L. Jacobs to Monte K. Rife and E. Stephen Lilly, as trustees, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia, in Deed Book 2013, at page 16415, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale at public auction on March 27, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Tazewell County Courthouse, 101 East Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia, all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Abbs Valley, in Tazewell County, Virginia, and being a part of Tract No. 32 of Sunnyland Farms, as shown on a map of said property which is recorded with a Deed of Will Kirby and C.
