ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 16th day of April, 2015, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of the Vishal Chahar, 100 South Walker Street, Princeton, WV 24740, for a VARIANCE to construct an addition to the front of his automotive repair garage at 100 South Walker Street, Princeton, WV in the Office-Institutional (O-I) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 14, Parcels 224 & 225). The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to construct an addition to an automotive repair garage in the Office-Institutional (O-I) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
