INVITATION TO BID
The Mountaineer Highlands Cooperative, comprised of Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Wetzel and Wirt County school systems in West Virginia will accept sealed bids for food and supply items for use in member counties Child Nutrition Programs.

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference is scheduled for April 16, 2015 at RESA VII, 1201 North 15th Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301. Any vendor interested in attending must call Terri Atha 304-367-2106 to schedule an appointment and may request a draft bid package at that time. All documents will be emailed to interested parties.

Sealed bids will be received by Lynn Vance, RESA VII on or before 8:30 a.m., June 15, 2015 at which time the bids will be publicly opened.
