WESTOVER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of Westover is accepting proposals from Contractors to install concrete flooring in the new Community Building. The surfaces are approximately 40′ by 32′ and 16′ by 10′ and should be 4" thick. Sealed Bids should be addressed to City Hall, 500 Dupont Road, Westover, WV 26501, and should include the cost of labor and materials for both finished and unfinished concrete flooring. The deadline for submission of proposals is Friday, April 3, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. and will be opened and reviewed at the Council Meeting scheduled for April 6, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
Council has the right to reject any and all proposals.
