Telecommunication Relay Service (TRS), 150 C.S.R. Series 21.
NOTICE OF COMMENT PERIOD
On March 18, 2015, the Public Service Commission promulgated proposed amendments to the Rules Governing Certification and Operation of Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS), 150 C.S.R. Series 21 (TRS Rules). The proposed revisions would combine the limited-term and permanent certificate options into a single certificate issued for an initial term of five years. The Commission also proposes to streamline the billing structure required in certificate applications, modify the billing rates and edit the current rules for style and clarity.

Written comments regarding the proposed revisions to the TRS Rules may be filed with the Commission Executive Secretary according to the following schedule:
