NOTICE AND ENFORCEMENT OF LIEN
The personal property stored in this rented space is subject to a lien in favor of the owner as provided by Virginia Law. According to the written contract, ten days after default, this lien will be enforced against all personal property stored. The owner may satisfy this lien by selling the personal property in accordance with the terms of the Virginia Self-Storage Service Storage Act, as set forth in 55-418et seq. Code of Virginia. The contents of each occupant’s space will be sold at public auction for cash in accordance with Virginia Code 55-419 et.seq. for cash.
The auction will be held at North Tazewell Self-Storage Center, West Riverside Drive, North Tazewell, Virginia on July 1, 2019 at 4 PM,
Unit Number 35, 41, 43, 46, and 62.
