In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 5, 2014, in the original principal amount of $45,125.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 2014 at Page 18671 as Instrument No. 140003712 . The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Tazewell County, 101 Main Street, Courthouse Building, Tazewell, Virginia on March 19, 2019, at 10:45 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING, SITUATED A SHORT DISTANCE SOUTHWEST OF THE TOWN OF RICHLANDS, IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA, (NOW WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS), AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS NOS. 95 AND 96 ON A PLAT OF LOTS OF WILLIAM J. HANKINS AND NARCIE HANKINS ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF RICHLANDS, TAZEWELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA”, SPECIFIC RELIANCE TO WHICH SAID MAP IS HERE MADE FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE LOTS HEREBY CONVEYED. TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH.
