NOTICE that the Common Council of the City of Elkins will hold a public hearing and meeting on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Elkins City Hall (401 Davis Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia). The public is invited to attend and submit comments on the recently drafted Elkins Comprehensive Plan. Copies of the comprehensive plan can be found online at http://www.cityofelkinswv.com/planning, or may be reviewed at Elkins City Hall or the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library (416 Davis Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia) during normal business hours. Members of the public can call Sutton Stokes, City Clerk, at 304.636.1414, ext. 1211 (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) if they are unable to review the plan online, at the library, or at City Hall. Written comments can be submitted prior to the scheduled hearing at the Elkins City Hall, 401 Davis Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, or may be emailed to Sutton Stokes at [email protected].
