The operation is discharging into an unnamed tributary of the Left Fork of Chenoweth Creek of the Tygart Valley River and is located near Elkins in Beverly/Leadsville Districts of Randolph County, Longitude 79∂ 45’ 45.000” and Latitude 38∂ 53’ 38.0000”.

A copy of the application will be available until March 10, 2016, or thirty (30) days from initial date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Randolph County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
