To whom it may concern:
Please take notice that pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 7-1-3h, a hearing will be held before the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia on June 25, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. upon the Petition of James R. Sims and Lisa D. Sims to abandon or close as a public way, Russell Avenue, Williams District, Wood County, West Virginia lying between the properties of the Petitioners and others, as more particularly described in the Petition filed with the Wood County Commission.
