INVITATION TO BID
The Wyoming County Commission will be accepting sealed bids for the roof replacement of the Courthouse Annex, commonly known as the “Jail Building” located adjacent to the Main Courthouse.
This project will replace the deteriorated membrane roof with a new membrane roof including vertical material on the building curb wall. This project will also involve the placement of walkway membrane sheets on the walkway areas, replacement of existing air vents and drains, and placement of new membrane roofing materials on the curbs for the HVAC units and ducts, atrium structure and roof hatch. Additionally, this project will address deficiencies with the buildings’ skylight, wiring that has deteriorated from age and exposure, and wire/cable transition into the building that have been compromised due to age and exposure.
This Project is partially funded by a grant from the West Virginia Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority.

Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on June 16, 2020 and will be opened June 17, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the site location.
Successful bidders will be required to have proof $1,000,000.00 liability insurance coverage.
