Notice to Creditors, Distributees & Legatees
or Affidavit & Waiver of Final Settlement
I have before me the proposed final settlement of estates of the following deceased persons, which shall be presented to the County Commission of Raleigh County, at 215 Main St, in the City of Beckley, West Virginia on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 10:00 am for their approval which settlement have been presented to me by the Fiduciary of such estate and which proposed settlements I have approved as indicated below;

Fiduciary: HOUSTON LAFFERTY as EXECUTOR
Estate: MICHAEL G QUESENBERRY
Fiduciary: HAZEL BURROUGHS as CO EXECUTRIX
Estate: BILLY OLIVER RIFFE
Fiduciary: DON K RIFFE as EXECUTOR
The County Commission will hear objections and exceptions to these settlements at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 10:00 am. Any persons having an interest in the estate of any such person, may appear before the County Commission at the time and place hereinabove specified and thereupon protect their interest as they may appear or else may forever thereafter be barred from asserting such interest.
