NOTICE OF AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE USAGE WHILE DRIVING IN THE TOWN OF OCEANA Notice is hereby given that at the regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall of the Town of Oceana, Wyoming County, West Virginia, the Town Council of the Town of Oceana, at the first reading thereof, adopted and approved the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE USAGE WHILE DRIVING IN THE TOWN OF OCEANA Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder of the Town of Oceana at the Town Hall of the Town of Oceana, Wyoming County, West Virginia, for public inspection. The proposed final vote or adoption of said proposed ordinance by the Town Council of the Town of Oceana, will be held at a regular meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall of the Town of Oceana, Wyoming County, West Virginia, and to become effective thirty days from passage.
