NOTICE OF ANCILLARY
FILING WITHOUT ANY
ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that a foreign
will or affidavit has been filed before
Clerk of Morgan County Commission
at 77 Fairfax Street, Room 102, Berkeley
Springs, WV 25411.
That no appointment or administration
is being made pursuant to the provisions
of law but that a foreign will or
affidavit of heirs of the decedent has
been filed with the Clerk of Morgan
County Commission, and is of record
in Morgan County Clerk’s Office.
Any interested person objecting to
the filing of the foreign will or affidavit
or objection to the absence of appointment
or administration being made in
this state must be filed with the Clerk of
the County Commission within 60 days
after date of the first publication or
within 30 days of the service of the notice,
whichever is later. If any objection
is not filed timely, the objection is forever
barred.
