Notice is hereby given by Williamstown Bank, Inc., 435 Highland Avenue, Williamstown, West Virginia 26187, that it has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (ãFDICã) to establish a de nova branch located at 1605 Harris Highway, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 10 Tenth Street, N.W., Suite 800, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 no later than fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this notice. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
