PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley Common Council will conduct a Public Hearing on an Ordinance that increases the minimum age limit to 21 years of age for an individual to legally purchase or receive tobacco products, including vapor products, and sets the penalties for businesses and individuals who violate the terms of this Ordinance. Common Council will vote on the adoption of this Ordinance following the Public Hearing.
The Public is invited to attend and may address Common Council at the Public Hearing.
A copy of this Ordinance is available for review at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
